Buongiorno, ho letto sulle domande frequenti di Mb live questo:

Non sono esperto e non riesco a configurare correttamente il router e quindi MB LIVE non funziona, puoi aiutarmi?
Si, se hai un credito di minuti di assistenza tecnica o se acquisti almeno 1 ora di assistenza tecnica, posso collegarmi via teamviewer ed aiutarti a configurare il router

Questo servizio è ancora attivo? come posso fare per richiedere assistenza per configurare il router?

In tal caso nella confezione di MB STUDIO c'è il numero telefonico da chiamare.

Salve, io invece mi accingo a cambiare router, sostituendo il mio ormai vecchissimo con uno nuovo compatibile con la fibra. Sapete dirmi se per caso c'è qualche marca o modello che proprio non ne ha voluto sapere di far funzionare MB Live nonostante tutti i possibili settaggi? Così eviterò di comprarlo.... Grazie!
