Maurizio I am to use streming in the MBStudio and for times it appears the window of the DOWS and appears this information in log.

In Configuration\WebCast\More you have this option enabled "In case of failure network test", so MB STUDIO run the dos commands "ping" and "tracert" to test if your destinations are reachable (while ping and tracert are running you'll see black dos windows for few seconds).

In the folder LogWebCast you'll find the results of ping and tracert; here you'll find help to understanding the problems of your network.

As you can see, at 20:26:28 you was experiencing a packet loss problem:

If you disable that option you'll never see black windows, but also you'll never get the ping and tracert file reports, so, in case of network problems, you'll never know where is the problem ... it's your choice.
