Buongiorno, alcune domande sulla nuova versione di MB 8.68.8 con sezione VIDEO:

1. Come in allegato (Immagine2) su MB ricevo continuamente l'errore VLC...cosa significa?
2. Come in allegato (Immagine1) andando ad editare il video e cliccando su "Aprire video statico associato..." mi da l'errore che si vede, da cosa dipende?

Purtroppo via forum non si riesce a dare assistenza.

www.newradio.it/client/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=4

Verifica che la cartella c:\mbstudio\video foto statici indicata nell'errore esista.

E per quanto riguarda l'errore VLC nelle configurazioni di tutte le videocamere ed effetti grafici tieni spento questo flag

Maurizio quella cartella esiste, MB ci scarica i video (l'ho creata io)...verificherò quanto mi hai detto della spunta.

Un altra info, come mai MB non mi manda in video le copertine dei dischi (dove non c'è il video della canzone)?
Ho cancellato le vecchie copertine nella cartella Pictures e adesso le sto facendo riscaricare sempre da MB, ma non le manda più in video...in audio ok!

se vuoi mandare in video le copertine delle canzoni devi abilitare la spunta:



e poi cliccare nelle proprieta' e dire come le vuoi visualizzare

Perchè però quando va la pubblicità, in video va la copertina dell'immagine "pubblicità" mentre su onair.jpg c'è la copertina "default"?

Via forum posso solo fare ipotesi, è meglio che contatti l'assistenza: www.newradio.it/client/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=4

Come informazione ti dico che mentre onair.jpg attinge solo dalla cartella delle immagini, il video puo' attingere anche dalla cartella delle foto e video statiche quindi non necessariamente il risultato è lo stesso.
