Ciao, ho una focusrite scarlett solo con doppio canale. In uno c'è il mic e nel secondo ho collegato il cellulare. 
Tuttavia sembra che il secondo canale non venga visto da MBSTUDIO. 
Su sorgente ritrovo EXT/1 48 Analogue 1+2 (Focusrite Usb audio) - 48hz - 1ch

Anche andando su configurazioni mi riporta la stessa dicitura di cui sopra. 
Come posso fare per far si che MB veda anche il secondo canale?

MB STUDIO vede cio' che Windows vede. Quindi controlla nel pannello di controllo / Audio / Registrazione quali entrate sono visibili:

Sulle impostazioni risulta essere presente una sola voce e non me ne fa aggiungere altre provenienti dalla stessa scheda audio.
L'unica cosa che posso fare è impostare 2 canali di ascolto. In quel modo si sentono sia Ext 1 che Ext 2 ma uno sul ch dx e l'altro sul ch sx.
C'è altra soluzione?

Vedi se qui downloads.focusrite.com/focusrite c'è un driver piu' aggiornato per al tua scheda audio. Magari appunto cambiando il driver windows vede tutte le entrate e uscite disponibili
