si grazie amici ma ho fatto quelle impostazioni ma non ricevo nulla
ci sono altre impostazioni da fare??che voi sapete?
le mie impostazioni sono queste nellase zione email

cosa altro devo inserire ci sono altri parametri??????

ti consiglio di impostare una e-mail dedicata,perche se usi un e-mail che hai in un altro pc es. ufficio, rischi che i messaggi ti arrivano sul quel pc e non su quello dove c'e mb studio,
assicurati che sia tutto configurato come dice il post

si io ho creato un email su alice.e il computer e quello della diretta dove c'è mb studio
forse e sbagliato il pop di ricezione?come fà mb studio a ricevere le email che arrivano su alice?
come fà a scaricarle su mb studio??

Il pop che hai inserito è corretto cioè: in.alice.it

Sicuro di non avere la ricezione bloccata perchè hai qualche firewall? Prova a vedere se con Outlook o simili sullo stesso pc riesci a scaricare la posta.
