Scusate la domanda forse un po banale ma se io pago la siae per una web radio devo fare anche fare la licenza s.f.c o sono la stessa cosa?

Non immagini neanche quanto se ne parlato, su questo forum, di questo argomento.

Cmque io ti faccio la mia personale riflessione. Dal punto di vista legale se non vuoi avere problemi devi pagare entrambi siae e scf.
Se invece conosci qualche bravo avvocato e vuoi avventurarti in sotterfuggi legali alquanto scabrosi, puoi anche porvare a non pagare perché sembra che sul scf ci sia qual cosa di non chiaro al 100%. Quindi a te la scelta.

A parte la confusione ci sono un sacco di soldi da pagare, specie per radio no-profit e la cosa mi fa alquanto inca..... >

Se da un lato non posso che essere completamente d'accordo con te dall'altro, per dovere di cronaca, dobbiamo anche dire che sarebbe stato eccessivo penalizzare le radio concessionarie in banda Fm che già di loro hanno degli altissimi costi di gestione che le "amatoriali" non hanno (canone 1% + tassa CC.GG. + dipendenti in regola + costi impianti...).
