Ciao a tutti,
vorrei costituire un'Associazione senza scopo di lucro. Ho provato a cercare in internet, ma ho trovato di tutto e il contrario di tutto: c'è chi dice che bastano 2 persone, chi dice che ce ne vogliono 3, 4 o 5. Alcuni dicono che basta una scrittura privata, altri che occorre andare dal notaio. C'è qualcuno che conosce la materia e mi può dare qualche aiuto?

perchè non provi a chiedere informazioni ad un commercialista oppure ad una associazione, confesercenti o cna, presenti in tutta italia?

Cerca in rete uno statuto e lo adatti secondo le tue esigenze. Bastano due soci fondatori poi, all'ufficio del registro fai la registrazione dell'atto costitutivo completo di statuto . Il Notaio non serve

è proprio così, solo che due persone rendono poco l'idea dell'esigenza di costituire un'associazione e, credimi, a scanso di dare origine a dubbi che provocano verifiche è indispensabile avere le carte in regola (e quelle di sicuro ce le avresti) ma anche "coerenti".
Credimi, è indispensabile un commercialista che ti consigli (es: con/senza personalità giuridica?) secondo le tue/vostre esigenze.
Internet è utile, ma solo per farti un'idea...
