Consiglio di Stato: la tenuta del registro programmi per le emittenti analogiche è stata abrogata dal D. Lgs. 177/2005. Decisione destinata a riverberarsi sulle centinaia di contestazioni irrogate dall'Agcom
La questione è potenzialmente esplosiva. Agcom potrebbe infatti essere presto chiamata a revocare in autotutela centinaia di sanzioni irrogate ad emittenti radiotelevisive analogiche dal 2005 in poi (segnatamente dall'entrata in vigore del D. Lgs. 177/2005).
