mi sembra abbastanza chiaro, che da oggi non solo la SIAE potrà "bussare" alla tua porta per la raccolta dei diritti d'autore ma anche altre eventuali società che si costituiranno con le stesse caratteristiche della SIAE, cioè senza scopo di lucro e controllate dagli stessi autori.
Per dirla in altro modo ancora e sempre in relazione a quegli utilizzi descritti all'art. 180 della LdA, Soundreef per esempio, non potrà comunque incassare direttamente da te i diritti che gestisce.
