Secondo voi esiste un vero valore condiviso da tutti ,oppure dipende dalle situazioni di mercato in quel posto e dalla richiesta ?

€ 1.00 o 1.50 poi dipende se l'impianto è pulito o meno e cosa c'è dichiarato nella scheda B e C(non è una regola ma quello di cui si sente sempre parlare).
esempio l'impianto copre 50 mila abitanti il prezzo di mercato dovrebbe essere 50mila euro ma non sempre è così
possibilmente nella tua zona c'è solo il tuo impianto acquistabile.... puoi sempre tentare il colpo! Capito!!!!!

quindi nn esiste un valore......... se a uno piace quell'impianto allora il prezzo puo' salire anche di molto....
cmq nn credo che sia un valore di riferimento 1 euro ad ascoltatore.... se fosse cosi una citta' media con 200 300 mila abitanti e un impianto che fa la citta' e basta dovrebbe avere un prezzo di vendita che si aggira intorno a 500mila euro.. ma in realta' i prezzi sono 3 4 volte quel valore li... poi nn so se dipenda anche dalla zona d'italia ecc....
