...beh, le associazioni di volontariato con l'iva ci rimettono, tuttavia hanno altre facilitazioni... e comunque le regole vanno rispettate. Certo, capisco la situazione...

Si ma avrete una ragione sociale anche come ass di volontariato,tipo una coperativa?se tarasmettete ci sara un nome sulla vostra autorizazione ministeriale?

...le regole andrebbero rispettate. Certo, mi pare un controsenso non far scaricare l'iva ad una onlus. Siete onlus vero? Però è anche vero che proprio una associazione non a scopo di lucro (conosco le difficoltà che hanno) dovrebbero essere "perfette"...

Noi abbiamo qualche volta aquistato e anche venduto del materiale via internet,sempre emettendo e richiedendo regolare fattura...in primis per far quadrare i bilanci (e qui ci vuole anche un bravo commercialista)secondo, perche oggi come oggi essere incauti puo costare davvero caro...MEGLIO LE TASSE OGGI CHE UNA MULTA DOMANI!!!,e poi altro vantaggio e che sicuramente la fattura e un documento che attesta l'aquisto del prodotto,contestabile in caso di diffetti o malfunzionamento...poi che in Italia l'iva e troppo e un altra storia! BUONA RADIO A TUTTI!!
