Salve, sono un giovane appassionato di trasmissioni in fm e da qualche anno sto investendo per cercare di aprire la mia piccola radio cittadina, ho trovato chi potrebbe "dividermi" la concessione per poter acquistare in seguito una specie di sottofrequenza di una sua. Però volevo un chiarimento, avendo trovato una concessione in vendita, posso io privatamente acquistarla? Perchè mi è stato detto che non essendo editore ecc.. poi me la toglierebbero. Di cosa devo essere effettivamente in possesso oltre ovviamente a basi economiche per acquistare concessione e poi frequenza?

In breve, altri poi ti risponderanno in modo più dettagliato e magari citandoti fonti ministeriali. Comunque, in estrema sintesi:
- per una radio commerciale devi essere una società di capitali, per una radio comunitaria devi fondare un'associazione. Non puoi essere proprietario di una concessione come privato cittadino.
- devi depositare nel Tribunale della tua città una testata giornalistica con un direttore responsabile iscritto all'Albo, non importa se professionista o pubblicista.
- poi ci sono le licenze per mandare in onda la musica, che sono piuttosto costose.
