Buongiorno a tutti.
Sono in confusione totale.

SIAE mi dice nell'area personale che entro Dicembre dovro' inviare il report dei brani. Sentendo alcuni colleghi, loro dicono che trasmettono da anni sul web e siae non ha mai chiesto il report.

Quindi, aiutatemi voi.... che devo fare? Va mandato per forza, o posso evitare ?

Il report va inviato, fa parte degli accordi e serve per ripartire i diritti d'autore dei brani trasmessi. Per il web, la prassi è inviare il report a gennaio dell'anno dopo.

Ciao! Il report va mandato per qualunque tipo di radio, in modo che gli artisti ricevano la propria quota di diritti d’autore. Non mandarla significa non riconoscere i loro diritti, quindi anche solo una volta all’anno (sulla base delle regole specifiche, alcuni devono mandarlo mensilmente) dovrai inviare il rapporto dei brani trasmessi.

Se hai una licenza "amatoriale" unico report ANNUALE entro gennaio del prossimo anno..
Se invece è "Istituzionale" nel mese successivo al trimestre... (cioè entro APRILE per i mesi di gennaio - febbraio - marzo) ect ect
