In this section you configure the servers for receiving and sending mail.

POP3

• Server: enter here the address of the POP server for receiving mail (example: "pop3.miodominio.it")
• User: enter the username here to log into the POP server
• Password: enter the password here to access the server
• SSL: it is used to activate the secure SSL connection (mandatory for example with gmail.com).
• Test:with this button you can check if the POP data entered works correctly

SMTP

• Sender: enter here the sender name that appears to the reader, usually it is the name of the radio station
• Reply address: if someone replies to a message from MB STUDIO, it may be preferable to receive the reply in another mailbox (for example in the office), in this case enter the alternative email address here
• Server: enter here the address of the SMTP server for sending mail (it is the smtp server of your internet provider)
• User: some SMTP servers require user and password authentication, if this is your case, enter the username here to access the SMTP server
• Password: some SMTP servers require user and password authentication, if this is your case, enter the password here to access the SMTP server
• Authentication: some SMTP servers require authentication with user and password, if it is your case, select the authentication method, if you do not know which one, try them one at a time with the help of the TEST button to find the one that works
• Template: MB STUDIO sends emails in simple text format. If you prefer to prepare a graphic template (which includes your logo and other decorative elements) then you need to prepare an HTML file and insert it in this box.
