You may see an unexpected EVENT - COMMENT in a playlist, unscheduled by anyone and indicating the name of a file. Let's see why this happens:
In the properties of any object in the playlist or time sequence, we find numerous flags. Each flag determines an action, and sometimes these actions contradict each other.
For example:

In this example, I tell MB STUDIO to remove this object from the playlist if it is preceded or followed by a time sequence, but I also ask it to enable weather display on the video channel.
If the object were removed from the playlist, the weather would never be displayed.
To satisfy both requests, MB STUDIO, instead of removing it, transforms this object into a comment, so the object will not play, but will still display the weather.
MB STUDIO transforms an object into a comment when an object needs to be removed from the playlist (due to some flag that says "remove if...") but at the same time the object has commands to execute, such as activating or deactivating some function.
If, however, the object has no commands to execute, it is completely removed from the playlist.
