Buongiorno,
abbiamo acquistato l'aggiornamento dalla versione 8.64.1.0 home alla versione 8.68 che trovo disponibile nella sezione download.
Ho scaricato e installato in quest'ordine:
Visual C Runtime
USB DONGLE PASSWORD (mantenendolo aperto ho installato MBStudio e mi sono segnato il nuovo serial code che però fa riferimento alla versione 8.64)
MB STUDIO 8.68

Mi da l'errore "il numero seriale non è corretto, riprova"

Grazie per la risposta ad entrambi i messaggi di sabato.

Sì, la data di aggiornamento è scaduta, proprio per questo abbiamo acquistato l'aggiornamento e ho scaricato la versione aggiornata di MB Studio e dell'USB DONGLE PASSWORD per procedere con l'aggiornamento.
Nella vostra ultima email di conferma (di sabato scorso) c'era scritto di fare licenza > esporta (come ho fatto sabato scorso) e che per la lavorazione dell'aggiornamento avreste fatto in 24/48 ore e poi che avreste inviato un email
ma non ho mai ricevuto email successive.

Scusate, sto cercando di entrare in Newradio ma il sito è offline, vorremmo aggiornare il nostro Mb Studio Pro ma come detto non è possibile.
