Hello,
Can someone tell me where the template is for the reports function in MB spot is that can be edited. I click report and choose date range and then print and a Microsoft Word page opens with MB Soft graphic and text in Italian with times and dates of spots. I don't want to type over every report to print.

Yes, look at the folder MBStudio\Sequences ..inside you'll see 2 .rtf files LogItem and PrintItem. you can change the content as you want but pay attention to not forget the wildcards %%

LogItem is the report of the ads broadcasted in the past and should contain:
%name% is the customer name
%address% is the customer address
%date% is the print date
%log% will be filled by the report data

PrinItem is for printing the scheduled ads and should contain:
%name% is the customer name
%address% is the customer address
%date% is the print date
%schedule% will be filled by the schedule data

Both files must maintain the .rtf format so ensure that you save the files on that format

Got it!

Now is there a way to add a value to the spots so it can display costs and a total cost owed/paid in that report? I assume its adding another data field for spot to put dollar amount in.

It would be great to run a client report and have the costs and totals shown to the client.

Additional:
If another data field for say deposit could be added that allowed you to put any prepaid value in (Deposit to their account) and have the report subtract from the deposit if more than zero and then list what is owed would be even better.
