il prezzo di mb studio ( 299 o 750 euro ) è comprensivo di iva o và aggiunta ?

Io pensavo che quel 299 o 750 + iva alla fine diventava un 360 o 900 euro però mettendo il prodotto sul carrello ottengo come totale 299 e 750 euro , quindi il + iva significa che è già compresa e non da aggiungere ?

I prezzi sono IVA esclusa. Chi è titolare di partita iva è pero' soggetto al pagamento della ritenuta d'acconto su prestazioni professionali (la licenza d' uso è una prestazione a tempo indeterminato), pertanto dal totale a pagare viene detratto il 20% di ritenuta d'acconto che va poi versata a mezzo F24 (codice 1040) entro il giorno 16 del mese successivo alla data fattura.

Scusa ma chi non possiede partita IVA (semplice utente) paga in totale 299 o 750 euro?
