Ciao a tutti,

abbiamo un grave problema in fase di prima installazione del software su Pc Dell Optiplex 360 S.O. Windows Xp Scheda Audio Delta 44.
Dopo aver correttamente insallato la versione originale del software, update 8.33 e driver chiave licenza... nel lancio il software si blocca immediatamente rilasciando questo messaggio di errore "The application can't be launched (protection DLL is missing or corrupted)" proprio in fase di ricerca chiave.
La versione DEMO parte regolarmente.
La Chiave viene vista regolarmente da Windows.

Tentativi già effettuati...
Reinstallazione Software
Connessione/Disconnessione Chiave USB
Aggiornamento Driver di tutti i componenti
Formattazione e reinstallazione totale del S.O. Xp sp3 Originale.

Qualcuno aveva avuto un problema simile con stesso messaggio... purtroppo però i due errori non sembrano collegati.

Attendiamo idee dato che la situazione si sta facendo disperata.

Asssicurati di essere loggato con privilegi di amministratore altrimenti alcune importanti dll non si installano in c:\windows\system32

Grazie Maurizio, problema risolto
Il problema non era quello.

L installazione scaricata dall ftp in cartella install non "esplodeva" correttamente e quindi non locava la dll di connessione tra MB e Cryptobox.
Riscaricata e rilanciata ora installa tutto correttamente.
