Ciao maurizio, stamattina aprendo mbspot ci siamo accorti che sono spariti tutti i clienti dalla lista, non c'e' piu nulla.... com'e' possible? come faccio per recuperare tutto? :'(

Sul computer dove di solito utilizzi MB SPOT, apri MB SPOT, vai al menu' Palinsesto\Ripristina Archivio, apri un giorno in cui il palinsesto era sicuramente regolare (Ad esempio ieri giovedi' e carica il file Sequences.dat).

Il problema è causato da uno dei client della rete, probabilmente la tua rete LAN è caduta mentre il programma è stato avviato o era gia' in esecuzione.

anche aggiornando a ieri, l'altro ieri e il giorno prima ancoras continuaiamo a vedere "clienti 0" credo sia necessario un servio di assistenza urgente.... ti chiamo oggi alle 15.

I clienti stanno nel file Customers.dat, mentre MB SPOT è chiuso, ricopialo manualmente dalla cartella Giovedi' del computer dove hai usato MB SPOT alla cartella Sequences del pc di messa in onda e tutto tornera' visibile.
