Io farei cosi:

Dividerei il file stacco.mp3 in due parti poi utilizzerei questa struttura:

Stacco1.mp3 (proprietà: nessun mix)
Annuncio segnale orario (voicetrack)
DUMMY
stacco2.mp3

quindi sullo stesso file non posso far andare il segnale orario abbassando il volume e rialzandolo dopo questo? Ho sentito partire un jingle della radio con subito il segnale orario e appena terminato di dire l'ora si rialzato il volume finendo il jingle e l'effetto è molto bello..

Puoi farlo senza problemi:

a) preascolta il file stacco1.mp3 e segna OUTRO nel punto in cui vuoi fare entrare l'annuncio orario
b) realizza poi una lista cosi':

1) stacco1.mp3 - Proprieta': Mix Sovrapposto - Suona da: Inizio a: Outro
2) ANNUNCIO ORARIO - Proprieta': Voice Track
3) DELAY - Durata: 00:01:00 (1 minuto o comunque un tempo largamento maggiore alla durata del tutto) - Proprieta': Voice Track - volume: 99 (se metti volume 100 il volume dello stacco1.mp3 non varia)

tutto funzionave bene ora ho aggiornato con le versioni beta e il segnale orario parte dopo l'outro? è possibile?

la beta non modifica nulla, ma è perfettamente corretto che l'annuncio orario parta sul punto outro del jingle precedente.
