ho una serie di programmi da scaricare nominati in questo modo:

puntata_1.mp3
puntata_2.mp3
puntata_3.mp3

Vorrei automatizzare il download ma mi è sembrato di capire che non sia possibile utilizzando per il download il carattere jolly %0%. Avete qualche altra soluzione da suggerirmi?

Sui download funzionano solo i caratteri jolly legati alla data o all'orologio.

Chiedi alla persona che produce quei files di depositarli sul server quotidianamente con la data puntata_04 luglio 2011

Se invece sono programmi non legati al calendario puoi scaricarli manualmente tutti in una volta sola e non necessiti di download automatici.

ho alcuni programmi scarico tramite un indirizzo internet esempio: www.cippa.it/pippo01.mp3
poichè l'url rimane sempre quello è possibile rendere i dowload automatici, ad esempio la domenica a un'ora precisa?

Forse non ho capito bene la tua domanda ma i download avvengono esattamente all'ora e nel giorno per cui sono programmati.
Dunque nel calendario del download attiva solo il giorno domenica ed esso avverra' solo la domenica all'ora indicata.
