Salve Sig. BURATO,
in serata abbiamo avuto il messaggio in oggetto, trasformando successivamente la regia in modalità demo e quindi senza la funzionalità automatico.
Premetto che i driver marx già installati erano gli ultimi presenti sul vs. sito.
Comunque ho reinstallato nuovamente la cryptobox con gli stessi driver ma niente.
Sono stato costretto (essendo in remoto e pergiunta lontano) a disinstallare totalmente la chiave da gestione periferiche e mediante rileva modifiche hardware farla riconoscere nuovamente trovando naturalmente i driver già presenti.
Chiusa la regia e fatta ripartire, è ritornata FULL.
Come mai questo problema? Il sistema operativo è win 7 64bit.
Non è stata la prima volta, lo stesso problema era successo 4/5 mesi orsono.
Sperando che non accada più e neanche nel cuore della notte, attendo notizie, grazie.

Potrebbe trattarsi di un falso contatto della porta USB. Prova a cambiare porta USB e preferisci sempre le porte che si trovano dietro al pc. Scollega anche eventuali periferiche USB inutilizzate.

Io ho win 8.1 su un pc ASUS e non si è mai verificato tale problema. Presumo si tratti allora di un problema su una o alcune schede madri. Di che marca sono le vostre schede madri?
