CRYPTO-BOX Protection violation (URGENTE)!!! was created by Radiomania

Salve. mentre la regia girava. è andata via di colpo l'elettricità e al ritorno mentre caricava l'apertura della regia, mi dava questo errore: "Protection violation CRYPTO-BOX non found or contains not valid data"
Ho provato la chiavetta d'accesso anche ad un altro computer, ma da lo stesso errore, ho ricaricato di nuovo la licenza, ma fa lo stesso, se poi si toglie la chiave, parte normalmente in versione demo-
Come posso risolvere con urgenza il problema tecnico?

Ciao e grazie x la risposta! Ho controllato il link che mi hai suggerito, ma non fa al mio caso, l'errore è lo stesso, ma il mio computer è uno solo e non è attaccato ad una rete.
Quindi è un errore sullo stesso computer e non di rete.
Come devo fare? Grazie!!!

Esegui questa procedura: www.mbradio.it/it/guida/333-supporto-come-segnalare-un-problema se possibile inserisci il tuo id e apssword teamviewer in modo che ci si possa collegare per verificare il problema. Se non hai teamviewer puoi scaricarlo da qui: 898.tv/mbstudio e lasciare aperta la relativa finestra

Grazie! Ma comunque io ho aggiornato tutta la cartella MB Studio con una di riserva, perchè pensavo fosse un problema di qualche file interno a MB! Il file debug è quello precedente? Devo inviarlo lo stesso?

si certo, senza l'invio debug non è possibile fare alcuna indagine.

La chiave cryptobox deve essere collegata alla porta USB durante l'invio debug e per avviare MBStudio esplora la cartella MBStudio e lancia MBStudioDemo.exe

Con la chiave inserita non si apre MBStudio! L'ho inviato in versione demo senza chiave.
