Salve,
avrei bisogno di una informazione: in MB Spot, nella sezione Clienti ho raggiunto il limite dei 40 Spot. Come posso fare per aggiungerne altri, mantenendo un livello simile di rotazione e facilità di gestione?

Innanzitutto verifica se ci sono degli spot scaduti che non servono piu' ed eliminali.

Se li stai mandando in onda con uscita a file casuale potresti anche usare un'altra tecnica, metti tutti gli spot di quel cliente in una cartella a lui riservata e li suoni cosi': www.mbradio.it/it/guida/332-evento-file-casuale-da-una-cartella



Se comunque ti servono piu' di 40 spot attivi con propria programmazione indipendente allora crei una seconda scheda cliente Pippo2 e continui da li' con altri 40

Grazie mille, come sempre! Quale sarebbe la differenza tra i due modi? Probabilmente, visto che il numero è costretto a aumentare, il metodo dell'evento potrebbe essere utile. In alternativa, se creassi il gruppo clienti Pippo2, Pippo3 etc, ci sarebbe un modo per garantire una rotazione tra i vari elementi delle liste come fossero dello stesso cliente o dovrei ripartire ogni gruppo per le fasce orarie?

Purtroppo non so risponderti senza conoscere il tipo di programmazione che devi fare. E' abbastanza raro che un singolo cliente abbia piu' di 40 spot attivi per cui non c'è una soluzione che vada bene per qualunque situazione.
