Non riesco ad eseguire il programma USBDongle password was created by riccio

la mia licenza prevede la possibilità di effettuare aggiornamenti fino al 23 aprile 2020.
Per aggiornare dalla versione 8.62.7.4 alla 8.63.2 necessito quindi di un nuovo seriale.
Ho scaricato il programma usbdonglepassword, l'ho eseguito ma non mi appare la finestra
dove c'è scritto id della licenza e il nuovo seriale
Perchè?

Prova a disattivare il tuo antivirus per qualche minuto.

Probabilmente stai usando una vecchia versione di USBDonglePassword.

La versione piu' recente si trova qui: www.mbradio.it/it/scarica/area-clienti/d...SBDonglePassword.exe e nel bordo superiore della finestra devi vedere scritto USBDonglePassword come in questa foto:

Se invece vedi scritto Cryptobox serial stai eseguendo il vecchio programma.

Salve, mi trovo in una situazione simile. Ho acquistato da qualche ora l'aggiornamento ma non riesco a capire quale è la giusta chiave da inserire.
