una volta dato OK
esce:
ERROR
DECOMPRESSION FAILED

Mi compare questo errore quando provo a installare la nuova versione precedentemente usavavamo la 7.203

A me ha dato lo stesso identico errore quando avevo installato un vecchio aggiornamento. Il problema credo stesse nel fatto che avevo collegato due chiavi usb allo stesso pc. Cmq il problema era stato eliminato completamente solo dopo che Armando e maurizio si erano collegati in teleassistenza e mi avevano fatto fare un aggiornamento della licenza con un eseguibile che mi hanno inviato apposta.

Sembra che ci sia un problema specifico con la vostra chiave crypto box, sto analizzando i dati e vi forniro' una soluzione nelle prossime 24/48 ore.

Ciao Maurizio, abbiamo formattato il pc che fino a qualche settimana fa era quello della messa in onda. Una volta reinstallato MB Studio, al momento di lanciarlo, ottendo l'errore in oggetto. Nessun problema invece per MB Spot che si avvia e funziona regolarmente.
Per quanto riguarda MB Recorder, invece, ho avuto un paio di errori riferiti a dll nella cartella system32 durante la fase di installazione ma, una volta installato, funziona regolarmente.
Come possiamo risolvere?

Quel messaggio indica che la chiave non è programmata per MB STUDIO 8 (ovvero è una vecchia chiave di MB STUDIO 7) oppure è danneggiata oppure è stata erroneamente riprogramma con una vecchia installazione di MB STUDIO 7 o MB RECORDER.

Se mi dai il numero di licenza (visibile da MBRecorder/Licenza) verifico la situazione.

Su questo pc non c'è nessuna chiave fisicamente collegata. Quella con la licenza che sta funzionando con MB Studio 8 è attualmente inserita sul pc in onda. Questo è il pc che era in onda fino a qualche settimana. Il numero di licenza posso mandartelo quì o devo mandartelo in privato?
