Maurizio da stamattina abbiamo problemi con i downloads dei notiziari. Falliscono tutti i si scaricano solo parzialmente.
Abbiamo contattato l'agenzia delle news che ci ha confermato non avere problemi.
Ti abbiamo mandato il debug di oggi.
Ci fai sapere qualcosa?

per cui escluderei problemi in MB STUDIO. Si tratta sicuramente di problemi di connettivita' internet oppure del server dell'agenzia.

Ciao Elio,
dopo che ci siamo sentiti ho controllato i nostri download e sono tutti ok.
Quindi escluderei problemi di server.
Viste le condizioni in cui stai operando non escluderei qualche congestione del gestore.
Fai un test su www.speedtest.net dove potrai controllare la banda ma non la continuità.

No, il sommario di pochi minuti fa (della durata di meno di un minuto) l'ha scaricato normalmente; il notiziario invece no. Ha iniziato il download e si è bloccato a 84 kb. Nei successivi tentativi, MB Studio ha scaricato altri spezzoni di file (1268 kb) e poi si è bloccato il download. All'ultimo tentativo è venuto fuori l'avviso di "Errore download".

Comunque per monitorare la situazione fai cosi': in un prompt dei programmi esegui "ping -t primapress.net", se ad un certo punto vedi scritto "Richiesta scaduta" significa che la connessione tra te e il server, in quell'istante non funziona e se cio' avviene in concomitanza con i download falliti è effettivamente un problema di connessione internet.

Maurizio scusa l'ignoranza. Il ping devo farlo necessariamente dal pc che esegue il download o posso farlo anche da un altro pc collegato in rete allo stesso collegamento ad internet?

Provo ad avvisare il fornitore della rete internet.


a me purtroppo capita con lo streaming... sono problemi del gestore che non riesce a garantire la banda necessaria...
