Buongiorno a tutti, abbiamo iniziato da poco ad usare MB REMOTE (ultima versione disponibile) ma abbiamo notato che quando editiamo le playlist inserendo canzoni e basi con MB REMOTE succede che i file utilizzati, sulla regia diventano corrotti e di dimensioni 0KB, diventando di fatto inutilizzabili. Tutte le altre funzionalità, es. aggiungere TAG all'archivio musicale, funzionano regolarmente. La versione di MB STUDIO è l'ultima disponibile.
Qualcuno di voi ha riscontrato problemi simili?

Controlla di aver settato correttamente le cartelle in MB STUDIO come spiegato qui: www.mbradio.it/it/supporto/guida/123-mb-...e-dei-files-caricati

il messaggio è chiaro. MB REMOTE non è attivo in MB STUDIO.
 

oppure il tuo utente non è attivo in questio giorno o orario

Mi sono dimenticato di segnalare che la medesima operazione, se fatta dalla regia, funziona regolarmente. Comunque appena riesco controllo le indicazioni riportate nel link che hai comunicato. Ti ringrazio.

Abbiamo controllato ma è tutto okay, i parlati li inserisce come file ma le canzoni, sempre come file, li corrompe. Eppure sono entrambi sul disco
Come possiamo risolvere?
