In this guide, we will look at how to capture the video from a WhatsApp call and broadcast it within the MB STUDIO video output.

Naturally, you will need to install the WhatsApp application on your computer: https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9nksqgp7f2nh

1) First, receive a video call and resize the video window so that it forms a vertical rectangle, matching the aspect ratio of a phone.

2) If possible, move the window to a second monitor that is free of other windows. If the WhatsApp window is covered by other applications, it may change its dimensions or position, which could cause issues with the video capture process in MB STUDIO.

3) You can now use the VIDEO - EXTERNAL APPLICATION feature to capture the WhatsApp video and display it wherever you like within your MB STUDIO video output.

From the list of windows, select "VideoCall"

4) Now we can display the EXTERNAL APPLICATION anywhere we like on the screen:
